Do not use builder warehouse online they are useless!!! WORST SERVICE EVER

Truthfully the worst service ever, I used the online service to place an order which was Monday before 9 am, they made an error and my mother received an SMS stating that the delivery will arrive the same day- please note we share nothing other than a surname! Her details were not on my order we don't even live in the same area , so I called to find out why she is getting the details with the same order number it has nothing to do with her - she is not even one of their customers . There after I called and no one could explain , eventually 2 or 3 calls later - no call backs .. I get told there is an IT issue and there is money outstanding - yet the full payment was made online there is nothing outstanding at all- so I get told that they know its IT and I don't owe anything the payment is full- so I wait again! no call back no email no SMS , no online progress - I call again and query what is happening with the order and I am told it would arrive in a day so I wait and now it is Thursday - still no communication the order tracking shows cancelled I call again to query this morning and again the service center tells me - I will follow up and call in two hours or email ... I am so disgusted this place is unreliable and a complete joke I have worked in customer service almost my entire life and I am shocked they get away with it - no manager is available to speak to them always on break ... avoid builders at all costs, I will never ever use this service ever again and only hope that maybe today the order will come !!!
