Do Not Try Online

I placed an online order on 21/07/2021 for collection at the Rivonia branch. The online system showed that collection was available the following day. Yet my call to confirm my order was met with shock and awe. The branch suddenly had no stock, and made to attempt to communicate this.

Builder's Warehouse must please cancel their online option if they have to capability to operate said service.
