Do not shop online - Builders warehouse

My online shopping experience is an ongoing nightmare. Bought goods that I needed for renovations at home online, when I called the store to enquire about how deliveries work, I discovered my order has not been received yet money has been deducted from my account. This was on the 25th of October, it is now the 10th of November, I still have not received my money back.

All the paperwork that has been requested I sent SAME DAY.

The service is poor in thir regard, even though I physically went to the store and bought the goods over the counter AGAIN, as I couldn't wait for the online order issue to be resolved.
