DO NOT SHOP AT BUILDERS WAREHOUSE GEZINA

Lazy, inept, unhelpful and just plain unwilling! Absolute NO client service.

We wanted simple wood blocks cut. The salesperson didn't know what we were talking about in his own section, so he had to call a person who supposedly knows how to do his job. He then took us to the back of Builders to get the blocks.

We chose the blocks and asked them to be cut in sizes that we gave. We paid and when we got to the section where they would cut the blocks, the machine wasn't even turned on yet. There was no communication between the people who work there.

Eventually the machine is turned on but for some reason, nothing is happening or being cut! It's been over 45 minutes and we are still waiting!

I would not recommend this Builders to anyone with a busy schedule that needs things to be done, as they take their time with a 'don't care' attitude. No man! Have some pride in your work!
