Do not purchase from Builders Warehouse Online

Really shocking experience from Builders Warehouse. Placed an order on 27 July, all items confirmed available and delivery was scheduled for 3 August. On 2nd August I received a third of my order and was advised the balance of the items will arrive the next day. I paid a contractor to come out to complete the job but items were not delivered. I called the contact centre and was informed the manager of Strubensvalley store will contact me, nothing happened. I went through this same process for the next 3 days, same excuses spoke to 3 different people at the contact centre and manager still hasnt contacted me. I was eventually promised a complete refund on 6 August by one of the agents. Its now a further 2 days and I still no attempt has been made to contact me or issue a refund. This is disgusting from a large brand like Builders Warehouse, you should not have an online store if you have no clue on how to manage it. Please refund me so I can purchase the items from a company that respects their customers like Chamberlains.
