I then phoned 'Asanda" on the toll free help line who promised me1. that she would phone me back same day with collection instructions to return the incorrect delivery, and 2. that she would email me the service ticket number with her full name and contact details , 3. that she would keep my updated. i I did not receive any of 1-3. I desparately need my Bosch rechargable batteries for my Bosch garden trimmers... DO NOT ORDER FROM BUILDERS ONLINE: THEY ARE USELESS.
