Do not order online!

Do not use the Builders online platform to order goods! If you order online and the shop does not have the product, you may not receive the credit due to you. After a month of waiting for the credit, and sending them my bank statements as proof that I did not receive the payment, (which they asked for), I still have not received the payment. When I asked them for the proof of payment, I received an e-mail stating that I have to resolve it with my bank.

Bad, bad experience!
