Do not order online with Builders Warehouse! Do yourself a favour and read all the reviews - common thread. The most shocking service ever! Their 2-5 day delivery promise is a lie. You will not get your delivery in 2-5 days. If you send an e-mail to follow up you will get a polite computer generated reference code and nothing else gets done. If you call the call centre they try to call the store but the store does not answer their phone. How does Builders then resolve it - after wasting Days and Hours of your time following up, you will get told to cancel the order! They don't want your business so move on!
