Do not order from Builders Online !!!

Do not order from Builders Online!!! Their online platform is not as trustworthy and efficient as their competitors. I paid for and ordered an office desk and when I received the order confirmation, the promised delivery was up to 9 days. When it did not arrive, I called their customer service department and was promised a call back, which never happened. After numerous calls, I learn now that these goods advertised on their online shop are not even items that they have in stock but rather items from other companies which they are trying to sell to us. How can you risk the name of your company by taking customers money and promising them goods that do not arrive on time? Goods that you do not even have.
