Do not order anything online from Builders Warehouse!

Placed, and paid for, an online order on 2023/01/13, delivery was indicated to be 3 working days later. Followed up today (2023/01/20) and not Builders (head office) nor the store (Woodlands) had any record of the order, yet the payment reflects on my bank account. The lady at the Woodland's store was as helpful as possible, however it seems their online system is a total mess. Order online at your own peril!
