Do not go to Builders Warehouse (Fourways) unless it's the end of the world.

I got the worst service at Builders Warehouse Fourways. I just needed something to keep flies out of my house. The lady was directed to me by another employee. She came and didn't have much product knowledge. I literally s****-fed her possible ideas. She then took me to another product which she had no knowledge of how it worked and advised look for the house department. Mind you this is a massive store and I have a baby with me. Who does that? I did not get any assistance for about 20 mins. Everyone I approached told me to look for someone else. I was so frustrated and finally went to the lady in the garden department. She shut me off saying she was assisting someone else and I immediately walked out and left the stuff II was holding. I have never felt so upset in a store before. This was the worst service ever. My advice to anyone is, either go to Leroy Merlins or if really desperate, another Builders Warehouse which is not the Fourways branch.
