Do Not Give Builders Warehouse Your Email Address

I am a loyal customer of this business and have no problem with any products bought over the last decade. However, having given them my email address at some point, I am inundated with marketing emails. A veritable deluge, virtually daily, one or even two emails and try as I may, I am unable to unsubscribe. I click on the appropriate tab, tick the required box, receive a 'thank you' but the emails keep flooding in. I have emailed the company and received a confirmation and reference number, not just once but several times. However, no response to date and the emails continue to pour into my mail box. I am incredulous that a company can be so inept, so inefficient not to pick up on just one of my actions to unsubscribe. Beware, you have been warned.
