Do not buy nonsense

Bought a Ryobi blower, it is not working but I am told I need to wait between 10 and 21 days before I get an answer. I have a business to run and require a blower, unacceptable to be told this, the issue is between builders and Ryobi as it is between them. Will definitely not be shopping at Builders warehouse again.
