DO NOT BUY FROM BUILDER'S WAREHOUSE, THEY ARE A ****!!!

If I could give them a 0 for a rating I most certainly would. I ordered an item through their Riverhorse store in Nandi Drive on the 28th of January 2022 which was meant to be delivered on the 31st. Well, on that same day they called to say they don't have stock and would call me back the following with an update. I have not received a single call from them, instead, when I call their store, their receptionist claims to transfer me over to the department that supposedly is supposed to deal with my order and she drops the phone. I don't understand what kind of business they are running or whether they have decided to run a **** in the form of what appears to be a reputable business but I am greatly inconvenienced and upset. I have made 10 calls to the store trying to get through to someone and they drop each one. Normal businesses refund customers their monies and let people know that they cannot deliver on the promised product when they don't have it.
