Do not buy from Builders Warehouse Online Store!!!

If I could give them zero star, it would be more suitable. I purchased on the 11/11/2021 a cordless glue gun from Builders Warehouse online store, the 19th of Nov I called the help line to find out the progress of this order, they told me that I can only get my item around the 5th of December. When calling the help line, the staff had no idea which store I purchased from, I told them that with my reference nr of the purchase, they should be able to track it, although they picked up my reference number, the staff was unable to assist and said they would escalate it with their manager and the digital online division handling the online orders, when I asked them to provide me with a direct email or contact number for that division, they said they could not give it to me and they would follow up, basically, the client can't follow up and the client has to be at the mercy of very bad service. I am personally going to show up at their physical store and demand my money back. I mean how can the online shop not indicate if they had stock or not and allow the client to proceed with the order? That is pure dishonesty and this lack of transparency should be held accountable, believe me, I will make sure of that.
