Do not buy from Builders Warehouse online

20 Nov - spent R12398 on a stove and cooker hood.

Every day I checked the order status but it remained in progress, despite the order saying 2-5 days for delivery and that there's stock.

25 Nov - I emailed and phoned them because there was no change to the order status.

I was then told by the contact centre that the order is scheduled for delivery today from Builders City.

Later that day I get a call from Builders City to say they don't have stock!

26 Nov - I phoned again because I can clearly see on the online store that 2 other branches has stock (Table View & Constantiaberg) and I wanted to know why my order was given to a store that doesn't have stock!!

It's been more than the indicated 2-5 days now for delivery and no one is keeping me updated, I have to find out myself what is happening with my order.

Very quick to take your order and money but very slow in delivering!!

I do not recommend ordering from BW online, or at all.

Extremely disappointed. My kitchen remains incomplete because the contractor needs the appliances to complete the kitchen build!!
