Do not buy from Builders online shop!!

I purchased and paid for items on the Builders online shop 13 August 2020 at 12:50:22. My delivery was due 17 August 2020. I phoned the customer care on 18 August at 10:33am to find out when to expect delivery, no answer was at the Newmarket Builders Warehouse when customer care tried to phone them, I was told they will get back to me, it is already 3 hours later and still no one can tell me when to expect my delivery!

This is very pathetic online and customer care service from Builders Warehouse! I would not recommend anyone to purchase from this shop online!
