Do NOT buy from Builders Online!

I paid for an online order, money was deducted from my bank account via PayU. However Builder's says the payment failed and despite many telephone calls and emails, no reasonable response has been received. From customer service or the Strubensvalley branch. Never again!! This is the worst online experience! Complete incompetence.
