DO NOT BUY FROM BUILDERS ONLINE
I placed an order on Builders online and then chased via phone them for days after the items were supposed to be delivered. I eventually got hold of someone only for them to tell me that they didn't have some of my items in stock and they would refund me and the funds would take 2 to 3 days to reflect in my account. No such luck. I phoned them for four days in a row a week after the items were delivered and no one could help me with a refund. I now need to fill in four pages of forms to get my refund and go into the store with a copy of my ID and bank statements. Beyond USELESS!

Kindly note that if you are collecting the refund from the store they would only require your profile number and proof of identification. If you would like the refund put into your bank account then we require the refund form to be filled in along with all the relevant paperwork.
