Do NOT Bother with their online ordering system

I posted a report on their online ordering system a couple of weeks ago. They respond very quickly but with just a "I will look into it".

I ordered an article on line and the estimated delivery date was 8th April. It is now the 30th April and despite a few contacts with - I will get back to you. I still have no idea when the item will arrive.

Don't use their online ordering service - the information provided is untrue - they just take your money and that is the end of it.
