Do Day ... you mean Do-Do day?

Your Do Day campaign (following the even soppier Makro Mood one) can work PROVIDED THAT BUILDER'S ACTUALLY HAS IN STOCK THE ITEM (S) NECESSARY TO TACKLE THAT DO DAY POROJECT! Today I went into the Meadowdale site for 5m of tv aerial co-ax cable. At the cutting counter I was told none in stock. The person there brought out a load of bits n pieces of cable to sort of demonstrate how little they had. Then, no pre-packed lengths on the gondolas on the floor either!. Jeez, Builders, tv co-ax cable....we're talking a staple product in your inventory, surely, and nothing in stock?!?!?! But, you know, this is nothing new. In my experience , you so often don't have stock of everyday items that I go in to buy and I seldom leave having been able to get all of the items I want in relatively short needs lists. Another event where your Do Day just did not work: I went in to the same store early this year looking for replacement brushes for my power drill only to be told that you don't stock them (actually the second time that I've been told this at a store). This and other of your stores have extensive power tool offerings and you don't stock replacement brushes?!?!?! I trust that you'll agree that your Do Day can't work in these situations!
