Dissatisfied customer

Hi, I am appalled by the service I received from this store , on Saturday 12/05/2020 , I sent my brother in law to buy a leaf blower for the garden. He put it in to use the following day and to our surprise it did not do what we expected it to do or shall I say it didn’t give the power we expected from it.I then sent him back to the shop to return it as we were not happy with the product. He was assisted by a gentleman who said he will get back to him but till now we have had no response. If this is the kind of service you give to your customers than my family and I are never buying from the shop ever again!
