Dissatisfaction with service
I have bought two Umbrella bases on line, for the amount of 905.39 on December 21st till today I haven’t received my orders each time I call I’m being taken from pillar to post being told that the matter has been escalated with no fruitful resolution, each person I communicate to tells me that it is the first time they deal with my complaint I’m really not happy with the service and doesn’t advise anyone to buy from the Builders on line service to avoid frustration and incompetence of service.
