Dissappointing service

Went to look fr bricks at builders buffelsfontein, was sent outside to yard no help. Looked friday evening online saw roma facebrick.fr R2,60 at walkerdrive branch. As im from uitenhage 60km frm shop ph call centre 1st 2 confirm price nd if they hve. Guy said they shud hve on display so I went there. The branch said they dnt even sell facebrick nd said I shud go to buffelsfontein branch. Went there only to find they also dnt sell nd blame call centre nt commun wth them. Phoned call centre spoke to Asanele she confirmed me phoning tht morning also price and did order on my behalf. Suddenly price changed to R2,90. I emailed the screenshots of price I took previous evening said she ll gt back to me. I waited the whole time in.pe no response. After 5 I left dissapointed to uitenhage.Phoned this morning they could.nt find her. Hope she will.call me tomorow asap as I need to finalize my order because I hve more stuff I.need to add.
