Dissapointed service

I went to Builders Warehouse North Riding knowing exactly what ****roach repellent I wanted and even had a photo of it. I was told it was out of stock, and a staff member named Kevin strongly recommended an alternative ****roach paste, assuring me it “works perfectly” and that the ****roaches would die quickly, as I have visitors coming soon.

I trusted his advice and bought the product for R155. After cleaning and using it exactly as instructed, it has done absolutely nothing. ****roaches are literally crawling over it with no effect at all. There’s no smell, no reaction, nothing.

I feel misled and frustrated. The product is ineffective, overpriced for the amount, and should never have been recommended so confidently. Very disappointing experience.
