Dissapointed in quality of products

Good Day

We purchased some items from your store, copies of receipt can be provided for ease of reference.

1.Sink - one the sinks we purchased is warped and does not sit flat against the wall and for this reason we are returning same

2. The mixer is leaking and the plumber had advised it is a manufacturing fault and there is a problem with the cartridge.What is the procedure to get this resolved?

3.The shower door is not suitable for our shower.We were advised it standard and the measurements are only reflected inside the box once it was opened.We will need this to be exchanged for something suitable or refunded.

Kindly contact us regarding the above issues especially point 2 and we are losing water and this is costing us.

Also note, we waited a while before we were assisted the guy helping was very pleasant but seemed new and not knowledgeable.We had to go back to a shop to purchase missing items that were nees for our bathroom renovation.The bath we chose initially when we checked it before loading the van was damaged and it was tbe last one so we had to return ir for another more expensive option.The whole process took very long aswell.From choosing what we wanted some of ny first choices that were on showroom were not available.To finding the stock, paying and the loading the stock onto our van.
