Dissapointed in Builders Warehouse

I Just want to say thank you RCS and Builders Warehouse for making my credit score **** because the people that work for your guys is pathetic.. I made a payment on my builders account of R1500 on 26 Jan 2021. Today is the 12 March 2021 my account has still not been updated with that payment after I have phoned in several times and have send them the ****ing proof of payment thousand times. You are ****ing fast on your horses if you miss a payment of R300 but my **** cant be sorted out.. ****ing useless......
