Dissapointed

I brought a geyser at Builders in Parow in April 2019. The geyser started leaking in August 2019. My brother went to Builders in Blawberg and they gave him a customer service number I must call. I called them the first week of Aug and received a ref number ( ***) and was told that they'd call me back. A week later and no one has called me back. I call the number again on the 15th Aug 2019 ***) and told the lady that I logged a call and no one has came out nor called me back. I was told that she mailed them to say that no one has contacted me and gave me a ref no of ***. I'm still waiting. All I want is my geyser to either be fixed or replaced. Water is leaking which is a waste of money. Pls can someone call me with regards to this matter? The customer service has my contact details.
