DISMAL CUSTOMER SERVICE

Worst customer service from everyone starting from Nondumiso who took long to return my call to store manager who does not give a toss. I bought stuff online and they commit to delivery date. I call them to check if they are still delivering they only call me back at 5pm to say they are cant deliver....you hold on forever to get telephone answered as they play Kenny G, eventually when they respond they tell you they cant hear u...3 times. wow!!!
