Dishonest or just utterly ***********?
I wish I could give a minus 5 star rating! BWH owe me a refund. I have done everything they have requested of me, to no avail. They have even called me (Samantha) to assure me the refund would be forthcoming. Patently untrue! I have contacted them more times than I care to count. I do not even get an automated response anymore. Utterly dishonest to make assurances and not follow through.
