Disgusting service from consultant to manager

I have never experienced such bad service from all the people I dealt with at Builders The glen. poor customer service , they speak over clients, not wanting to give them a chance to express themselves. they refuse to escalate anything to the manager. I bought a generator from them and contacted them to let them know that it might be faulty . they were rude and had the I just don't care attitude. In this day and age when jobs are scares, they should be grateful to still be working but they behave like they are doing us a favor. if they do not want to help me. they must just refund me my R5000.00 back.
