Disgusting service from Builders

We ordered blinds for 4 sections of our house.We placed and paid for our order on 25 November 2015, connie said it would take 7 to 10 working days for everything to be done , to date we have not received our blinds.They first said that they did not have the colours we wanted so we had to choose new colours ,then the 10 working days past and we had to call them to find whats happening!They said its in production and they will call us the next Monday ! Monday came and no call , so we called again and they said its still in production and usually takes 10 to 15 days to be done , Im shocked and disgusted at this level of service .Once again builders fail to deliver as no feedback was provided again , I called in again and asked to speak to the manager , I was on the line with Patricia , she said she will make an arrangement on her side to get it done on Friday , the 18th , but can confirm that it will be installed on Tuesday , she was to call me back , no call came .We received a call today , saying that they messed up our blinds and they will need time to fix the order. This is absolute nonsense!! We want an urgent resolution!!<br> <br> Joshua Seethal
