Disgusting service

What absolutely despicable service Cancel my order over and over because of kamstig no stock. Yet stores around Gauteng reflect stock. I place an order again, pay by Standard Bank Credit card that authorised the payment. Now I get a call from Strubensvalley "Ma'am we can't deliver your oorder because you owe us. WT??? How can an online orderbe processed, paid by credit card NOW REFLECT I OWE THEM??? ABSOLUTELY LUDICROUS
