Disgusting service Builders Warehouse

On Friday 25 July 2021 I visited the Builders Warehouse branch in Centurion. I was going to buy a window blind from their decor department. No salesperson were available or present, no other workers were able to assist and eventually an eldery lady called their "office" to get the attention of the decor lady on their public loudspeaker. All of this happened in plus minus 25 to 30 minutes. Eventually a staff member turned up but was too busy with a private telephone call and couldn't bother to even acknowledge my presence. I've put my purchase back on the shelve and left the store. On my way out, the very same lady called after me - "madam" while throwing her arms in the air!!!! The so-called staff member's name is MERRIAM and according to me is absolutely NO asset to the Builders team and assisting me was most definitely not of any importance to her. All of this took place while staff members "behind the scene" were making a big noise laughing and joking and couldn't bother helping or assisting shoppers. In the very same decor department 3 upholstered benches are on display. In one of these benches a staff member were hiding a kitchen utencil (a fork), underneath the bench were an empty plastic container (almost like a 20 litre empty paint bucket) full of homemade "vetkoek" which she was selling to other Builders staff members. It seems to me that the proper training of staff members including proper rules and protocol are of NO importance or concern to the management of Builders Warehouse!!!! Disgusting
