Been a loyal and long standing customer at builders express arbor crossing amanzimtoti. Went there today to purchase DURAM FLEXIKOTE waterproofing paint. Qualified for a 10 % birthday discount. Went online was not accepting. Went to the store this afternoon nobody there except JOY knew anything about ordering online. Absolutely pathetic and shameful. She ultimately could not get it right. Phoned the call center spoke to a Zikona. Could not get it right online either. Said the birthday discount was a general code given and fully utilised. Had to obtain a new code. I waited almost an hour and left disgusted. On my way home called by Zikona who said code could be issued. I do not live close to builder's express. I advised her for wasting my time my petrol and embarrassing themselves at the branch i wanted a 20 % discount for the shambolic useless service at branch and call cantre. Got a call from a shakifa at call center who could not authorize the 20 % discount. I now not request but demand a 20 % discount for the ******* service by all concerned!!
