Disgusting service at Rustenburg branch

I am absolutely shocked and disgraced at the appalling service received from Builders Warehouse Rustenburg Branch. I went to the store to purchase a TV cabinet, side tables and other vital furniture. Once I arrived at this section of the store, there were two ladies chatting away. I assumed that one of the ladies was a customer and waited patiently. A man passed and greeted the ladies at which time I asked if they both work there. They did not make eye contact and were clearly irritated by the question. The one lady reluctantly said yes and I asked why I was ignored for 5 minutes when I was clearly waiting to be assisted. No reply. While waiting I had seen a nice TV cabinet and asked her for the price (FYI- that section of the store looks like a *** sty: torn boxes lying around, no prices displayed, nothing packed neatly). The lady said that she does not know the price and I asked her to please find out. She then continued to take a picture with her phone of a box with a different unit! I showed her that the picture was different. No response. She left and I stood around for another 10 minutes. After around 10 minutes I decided to find the price out myself. One of the employees directed me to the information booth. I spoke to a very nice lady who asked me to speak to a man as he was walking towards us (very tall, grey, 65+). I have no idea what position this man holds as he did not even have the decency to greet me. I had to call him to get his attention and once again, he was clearly irritated that I wanted to speak with him. I explained the situation to him and asked him if there is a reason that the staff members are so unwilling to help. His reply was that he cannot say, because he is not them! WHO SAYS THIS TO A CUSTOMER?! He then simply turned around and walked away. The rudeness of this man, especially someone his age, is absolutely disgraceful. The nice lady at the information desk showed me that the initial lady (one who went to find the price 20 min ago by this time) was walking towards us. She told me to walk with her and she grabbed a trolley. While walking she informed me that the unit is R1000 and I said it sounds good, I will take one. We arrived back at the furniture *** sty and she said we need to load the display cabinet in the trolley. I was absolutely shocked! I then asked her to give me one that is neatly packed in a box and unopened to which she rep**** they don't have.

To think that I chose Builders Warehouse during a third Covid wave and instead being treated like a dog is disgusting. I trust that Head Office will investigate the poor service at this branch as the employees are damaging the reputation of all Builders Warehouse branches. I was looking forward to supporting you, but will purchase my furniture at a store which respects its clients.
