Disgusting service

I have never experienced such bad service as I have with Builders Warehouse Tokai. I purchased a 2 seater patio couch and after less than a month it was broken. I went into the store, spoke to Tim the manager and was promised so sweetly I would get a new one delivered and the other one would be picked up. 3 weeks later, 3 visits and multiple calls and emails and nothing!!!! I have bought a new couch from a different store with better service and expect a full refund for the broken couch!
