Disgusting Returns Service

I recently purchased a Ryobi mini grinder tool from builders warehouse Northmead Benoni via the website. Upon receiving the product and using it for the first and only time it was found to be faulty. The speed control is faulty and smoke comes from the unit motor and wiring. I returned the product and was told the unit must be sent for repairs and I will not be given a new unit. I cannot believe that I was sold a faulty unit and they refuse to replace the unit! It is unacceptable that I pay the price for a brand new unit and now I am forced to accept a repaired unit. If I wanted a repaired unit I would have paid a lot less for a refurbished unit and not the price of a new unit. Builders warehouse are pulling a fast one and I warn anyone who intends on dealing with them in the future
