DISGUSTING ONLINE STORE SERVICE

I am totally disgusted with Builders Online service , do not offer such services if you do not know how to run it . Your system let me order a stove online (Order ***) 19 April today is 17th of May and I am still waiting . You guys just lack the basic ability to communicate with a customer when things change . I am so disappointed and totally inconvenienced. I also do not know why the system does not know what is available when I made this purchased. I will never ever use you again and I can assure you as far as possible people will know what nonsense of a service you are. I have now just spoken to the store I am due to collect the stove at the delivery date has changed again so no longer getting it on the 20th of May but now on the 30th of May. No one buys a stove for the fun of it. I stay in a village this is a need and you guys have no sense of urgency. I am more infuriated that I have had to do follow ups but never called by you guys.
