Disgusting lack of customer service at Gleneagles branch.

Went to buy some cutting discs, paint & cement on Wed 29th. Searched for 22 min inside for someone to help me with tools. Very few staff available. Several other customers also need assistance. Went to buy cement and queued again 15 min to order. Queued again 30 mins to pay, Then had to go to collect at contractors section which was in a state of total chaos. About 20 builders employees running about but no one could help me - I was told only the manager allowed to organise my collection. After 10 mins found the manager who was busy. 15 mins wait again and then he checked my order and told me the cement I had purchased did not exist! NO STOCK. Another +- 20 mins getting a refund . Asked to see the manager and told to wait. No manager so I left. Total time buying 10 mins total time queueing, waiting nearly 1 hour 50 mins.

I am a regular customer at Alberton Builders branch and never had such disgusting service, even during lockdown. The manager obviously ***********.
