Disgusting disgusting attitude from customer care staff

The staff are extremely rude, asking for help seems as if you are asking them for money, I have a video of the lady at customer care at the Sunninghill branch whereby she is shouting at me, giving me attitude and back chatting me, I request that the manager pull the footage from the 5 December 2020 at 1pm and view this. Absolutely disgusting, I spend hundreds and thousands of rands on a store to treat you this way, def making my video go viral
