Disgusting customer service. Online department is useless

I placed an order for a product on 17 April. The item was delivered on 19 April, however it was the incorrect product. I ordered the Drill Doctor 500x, but the XP was sent.

My first email was sent on 19 April, and I got a same day response, however that is the last response received. I have sent numerous emails, and no response. I received 1 phone call to say online will be in touch to collect and exchange with the correct product, yet almost a month later, I am still waiting. This is a gift, and was needed urgently!
