Disgusting customer service

I recieved bad customer service from Builders Pinetown on the 20th of May .The delivery staff and staff was arrogant and refused to offload the the items citing the truck would not fit the driveway gate,the door being 20metres from the gate.They refused to carry it in.They said they would cone the next day but it could be the end if the day.I already had my builders waiting for 2 days(Friday and Monday) without material,payment made on Thursday.I asked for refund so I could get the material elsewhere. When they returned to the store they cancelled my order,management did not call me to ask me what happened.To date I have not been paid back my money,it's over 1month and has resulted I'm me taking an interest bearing loan to meet my financial needs.Builders should of done an immediate refund but they are making me wait for my money! I am being punished for their bad customer service.
