Disgusting behaviour

<p>I went to builders warehouse today to have a key cut and was treated extremely appallingly and disrespectfully by the person cutting the keys. I asked to have a look to see before he cut to make sure it was the right 1 as I did not want to have a problem later on. The guy there extremely rudely said to me that I either want to have the key cut or not but he is not going to show me. And that I should just "get away". I reported this to the manager who only said that he could do nothing as the key cutting dept is subcontracted. What nonsense is this. Even if that is true the fact that it is in builders warehouse it self means that it is part of your brand. Is this how you treat customers. </p>
