Disgusting AGAIN

Wish I could give LESS THAN 1 STAR! Don't know WHY I still give them the benefit of the doubt.... Not the 1st time their "online" service lets me down BUT Patrick at Woodlands/Woodhill branch takes the cake. Rude, arrogant and apparently thinks I dont understand his venacular language...... Refund me so I can block and badmouth you EVERYWHERE!
