Disgusting after sales. Paid and received nothing.

Paid and completed online order on 22nd October. Nothing has been delivered and builders are not communicating. I want a refund and to never deal with builders again. Apart from not being able to complete project, the service and after sales is disgusting. My Oder # is ***
