Disgusted.... took my money and cannot refund because its on holiday

Norwood Branch Made an online purchase for a Keter Winner Wood Look Cabinet . As luck has it, and unknown to the online purchaser, the onlky one in stock happens to be at the norwood site. As inline sales go, it tok the money and @promised ********** Was called by Norwood today to say that the only cabinet in stock is one used for demo purposes, and it is damaged on the side...I tried looking at other sites but they are out of stock.... then silence.... Why its available for sale I have no idea. The staff member was very helpful by advising me of the status but the worst is that due to the fact that I don't pay for used goods as new, and I get irritated that it took my money when in actuality, one is NOT in stock I want a refund. And here is the cherry on top. Everybody that can perform the refund is on leave until Wednesday. So even if I wanted to purchase another elsewhere, I cannot as Builders is too short sighted to leave staff on the premises that can perform reversals/refunds. Service?
