Disgusted in the service and overall cupboards

This has been the worst experience ever!!! An order was placed for kitchen cupboards, including installation and the salesman - Ernest - got it WRONG from the beginning, not to mention his colleague Lindiwe. On placing the order we requested bevel finish edging, on installation we received bevel edging and bevel profile, my kitchen looks like a 1980's kitchen and not a modern kitchen. And then, the finish is just disgusting. there are gaps between the walls, the doors are not aligned, and the closings look like the wood had been picked up on the side of the road, and put in just to close the gaps. I highly doubt, And, I dont have tops because the salesman couldn't advise that the tops will only arrive weeks after the installation has taken place. I would not advise anyone uses them for your dream kitchen, because your dreams will be shattered, and I am in total disgust. Can Builders fix it???
