Disgusted in Service and Workmanship

I ordered and paid for board on the 11th April 2021. The board planner took all my sizes and specifically asked me which way the grain of the wood should run, at which my reply was longways (down) as these were for doors. My delivery was only made on the 20th April 2021 for which i waited the entire day before arrival. I checked the board as they packed it off the truck, and to my dismay, 14 pieces of wood was cut the wrong direction. I now had DOORS which the wood grain was running sideways. Obviously these were sent back. The store manager phone me to query why i was sending the boards back so i asked him if he would install doors which grain runs sideways. He promised to have them redone within a day. I waited 3 days later i received board that was chipped on all edges and the edging (impact edging) was done in a terrible way as most the edges did not meet each other and the chipped and broken edges were showing badly, they also had machine blade cuts across the board. AGAIN it was sent back. I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY DELIVERY OF PROPER, CORRECTLY CUT AND EDGED AND QUALITY BOARD TO BE DELIVERED. BTW in 2020 January, R15680-00 worth of cut board was cancelled as a result of poor workmenship, I should have learnt my lesson then. Fourways Builders Warehouse had lost a customer. I will never even bother to go look if they have what i need.
