Disgusted

I am VERY DISGUSTED in 2 people working at the dispatch section of Builders Kempton Park.

I ordered a Karcher se4001 from your website which was on a special on the 2nd of May, yesterday a guy phones me from Builders Kempton Park telling me they have no stock and the order has to be cancelled, I then reply and asked cant you phone other shops to find out if they have stock, he rep**** that he would and NEVER DID!

I then see with my order record that it's being processed by Kempton Builders, I drove through yesterday, when I got there he APPARENTLY got too busy to phone me back, there's a lady by the name of Kgomotso Taputla who started arguing with me and was so rude she said that they can't help me and the order has to be cancelled and I have to wait 4 to 7 days for the money to reflect back in my card.

I asked to see the manager, who is a real gentleman, and he sorted out everything for me, saying I can collect it today.

He phoned me this morning to say the machine arrived and it's ready for collection.

When I got to Builders at half past 4, the same RUDE and *********** lady, Kgomotso Taputla, ignored me completely and was staring into a computer for about 15 minutes, I went and asked her if she can assist me and asked what am I waiting for, when she started shouting at me saying she's helping another customer and I have to wait until she is ready to assist me!

While I was waiting for her to assist me, for about half an hour, she cancelled the entire order and reversed the payment out of spite!

So the machine is still at Builders, which I saw in the storeroom, which I then had to leave a second day in a row without a machine!

She never even apologised for her behavior or spite for cancelling the entire order, the managers then told me I have to wait for the money to reflect back into my bank and to order it again?!

I WILL NEVER PURCHASE SOMETHING FROM BUILDERS ONLINE AGAIN, AND I WILL ALSO TELL EVERYONE I KNOW WHAT HAPPENED, ALL OF THIS BECAUSE OF 1 PERSON!
